Everyone must first identify his or her goal and then determine what specific actions are required to achieve it. Since I have chosen to work at Trinity, my goal is to create an environment where people with disabilities can live full and abundant lives. To realize that goal, I personally dedicate a portion of every day assuring that at least one person has a more meaningful life tomorrow. That involves daily interactions with the people we serve and staying engaged with the employees who support them. While paperwork and organizational procedures are important, I make every effort to keep them from interfering with my desire to stay in touch with the people around me.
